UNITED CLEANING SERVICE TEXAS INC.

provides each crew a comprehensive checklist and notes according to your instructions for each cleaning. Our management team also personally conducts random on site and telephone quality checks in order to insure our quality of service remains first rate.
Service Guarantee

UNITED CLEANING SERVICE TEXAS INC.

has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and has built our business and reputation by providing our clients with the best possible cleaning service available. If you're unhappy with any area of your home that we've cleaned, just call within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it free of charge or give you a partial credit toward your next cleaning.
Agreement

There is no term to this agreement. Client may cancel at any time for any reason. UNITED CLEANING SERVICE TEXAS INC. also reserves the right to discontinue service at any time for any reason.

We do our best to be as flexible as we can with the schedule. If you need to change a cleaning day or time, we will do our best to accommodate you. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any changes or cancellations. Client will be charged 50% of cleaning fee if canceling with less than 24 hours notice. (100% during peak season) Lock-out is viewed and treated as a cancellation.

If there are any items that you would like to have cleaned the fall outside of our published checklists please communicate those needs to the office at the time of booking. The crews are not responsible for additional items being added by the client at the time of service. If you do have a request while to crew is present please contact the office immediately and we can make adjustments with the crew as needed.

While we make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. For this specific reason, we request all irreplaceable items (whether monetary or sentimental) be stored and/or not cleaned by our staff. UNITED CLEANING SERVICE TEXAS INC. must be notified within 24 hours of service if unreported damage is discovered.

If we are specifically requested to dust/clean inside of a hutch/china cabinet, dust any computer equipment or wash dishes, client agrees to not hold UNITED CLEANING SERVICE TEXAS INC. or any of its employees responsible for damage to any article or component.

UNITED CLEANING SERVICE TEXAS INC.

is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm. If you do have delicate or natural stone surfaces please let our office know immediately so that we may be prepared to provide the proper cleaning procedure.

reserves the right to re-evaluate rates and/or change the Service Agreement at any time.

Our Service Agreement is part of our commitment to service excellence. We want our clients to be satisfied with the work we perform and we welcome feedback and comments to help us increase client satisfaction. Tell us what you enjoy and what we can improve during our process to insure you are always a very happy client.

By using our service you agree that our liability to you for any reason whatsoever, and for any damages direct, consequential or otherwise shall be limited to 500AED per customer.

When carrying out our services, we shall not be responsible for moving heavy or bulky furniture or appliances and for cleaning areas not accessible by hand. You are to grant us access to your premises at the stipulated times and shall have someone present in your premises, if necessary.

You are to provide us with the necessary equipment.

You are to provide us with specific instructions should you have any objections to our standard cleaning procedures.

You are to take all reasonable precautions to protect your valuables and properties from theft and damage at all times when our staff is at your premises to carry out their work
